Working Group Meeting on Democracy

The Working Group on Democracy within the Global Earth System Governance network invites old and new members to join us for our working group meeting. We will open the space for exchange, reflect on our past activities, and envision new activities for the coming year.

A key focus will be the discussion of a joint paper that is currently being developed by the Working Group on Democratic Experimentation and Sustainability Transformations. This paper reviews democratic experimentation and its potential contribution to sustainability transformation. We will present preliminary results and discuss the work-in-progress to gather feedback from the wider community. Importantly, we extend a warm invitation to all participants to contribute their insights and perspectives, ensuring a rich and diverse dialogue.
