Xiaoran Li is a climate policy researcher focused on global climate governance. As a Ph.D. candidate at the Institute for Environmental Studies (IVM), Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, her research centers on China's multilevel climate governance and leadership in the post-Paris era. Xiaoran's work includes developing a policy mix measurement framework to evaluate the effectiveness of national climate commitments and exploring China's strategy and behavior in international climate negotiations.
