About this speaker
Trissia is a Senior Research Fellow at Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan and the 2024-2025 ANU Indonesia Project Visiting Fellow. Her research interests lie in the politics of green transition and critical mineral processing in Southeast Asia. Her current research projects investigate the impact of Chinese-linked infrastructure projects and downstreaming activities in Indonesia. Her works have been published in Environmental Politics, New Political Economy, International Affairs, etc. She has also been actively pairing academic rigor with practical learning and real-world experiences through a number of consulting and ministerial advisory works including but not limited to consultations for the Asian Development Bank, the United Nations Development Program, the USAID, and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
