Thomas Miewald

Tom Miewald works for EcoAgriculture Partners and is the Director of the 1000 Landscape for 1 Billion People Initiative. His role is to coordinate and build alignment among the partners of 1000L to leverage their strengths, catalyzing systems transformation for regenerative landscapes. Tom has a Master's degree in Geography with a focus on Landscape Ecology. He has extensive experience in leading conservation partnerships in different countries and geographies, working on land conservation and climate-smart agriculture. He also worked with the Landscape Conservation Cooperatives, focusing on co-leading landscape-scale planning and design efforts.
