Sven Alsheimer studied Applied Human Geography at the Julius-Maximilians-University Würzburg. Since 2020, he is a research associate and PhD candidate at Fraunhofer ISI. He works in the business unit Actors and Acceptance in the Transformation of the Energy System in the Competence Center Energy Policy and Energy Markets. His research focuses on societal perceptions of CC(U)S and industrial transformation processes, as well as on municipal energy transitions.
