About this speaker
Mahesti Okitasari works with UNU-IAS on the interactions between SDGs and efforts on decarbonization. She is interested in understanding the role of governance in shaping transformation towards bridging social, economic and environmental sustainability gaps. Her work includes assessing multilevel governance arrangements, policy processes, and politics to deliver the global agenda and Paris Agreement, as well as issues, risks and opportunities of just energy transition, and building knowledge on SDG and climate finance.
