Julia Loginova is a Komi Indigenous scholar and researcher at the Centre for Social Responsibility in Mining at the University of Queensland. Her research focuses on sustainability and justice within the minerals and energy sectors in the context of decarbonisation and geopolitical volatility. Providing unique mixed-method insights on complex issues, Julia’s research spans multiple geographies and scales – ranging from the global assessment of socioenvironmental risks to Indigenous community participation in project decision-making in the Arctic and Australia.
