Chris Höhne is a Senior Researcher at the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment, and Energy and a guest researcher at the Otto-Suhr-Institute of Political Science, Freie Universität Berlin. He works on global and domestic climate politics and the role of norms and governance dynamics with a particular focus on the Global South. His research has appeared in Regulation and Governance, Global Environmental Politics, the Journal of International Relations and Development, and Public Administration and Development, among other journals.
