Anél du Plessis (BA Law, LLB, LLM, LLD) is Professor of Law and holds the Chair in Urban Law and Sustainability Governance at Stellenbosch University, Faculty of Law in South Africa. She has been teaching and researching around constitutional environmental law, cities, urban governance and sustainability for the past 20 years.
